Tekken Kicking Girl

OK GO has done it again.  Just a ridiculously cool music video that clearly took a lot of intricate and tedious rehearsal.  Their music is never really my thing, but I always love their music videos and I especially love this one. Why? Because there are a million Tekken Kicking Girls in it. They just forgot to wear their bows so they don't look like little presents.


I think they should do their next music video with Eddie the Breakdancer, the sumo wrestler, and Law.

Our Favorite Things Continued

Sometimes the people who make awesome videos decide to make more videos. Bless them for that. So let's start with our dear friends Mormons Girls Say.  I'm sure you remember Utah Names, but let's watch it anyway.


Well that was a wonderful warm up for the next video I found by them posted earlier this month. I hope that even though Brooke is living in Utah and making so many boy babies this doesn't ultimately become her fate.

Hey, Billy here. But I am posting things on here that Brooke has put on my Facebook wall, but for some reason, won't put on here. So I am doing it for her, and I will do it in her style.

So I was totes just simultaneously breastfeeding Bradley and yelling at Jack when I came across this Buzzfeed that is obvs the most hilar thing I have ever seen in my life.  Lauren is totes obsessed with it because she wishes she was a Sim. But anywee, here is the greatest buzzfeed ever, mquppy.

And then here is a vid that shows exactly what would happen if I tried to sing the Canadian National Anthem. Remember how I screwed up the beginning of that trio in Church on the easiest song in the world? And how I messed up Ave Maria at Gram's funeral? Whatevs, she's dead. PS - After watching this I am dying to take Jackie Boy to Disney on Ice. Garr will probz fork the money out for it. Yay life.

Love you smitcharoo. I'm gonna go have a chicken patty for lunch now. Haha, oh well.

The Picky Eaters Club

I am out of control with the posting right now. I did not plan this. It just happened. I guess it makes up for those six months where I was MIA.

Today I found The Picky Eaters Club series. It's starring kids, and I love things starring kids because they usually prove to be hilariously weird. True to form, the newest members of the Picky Eaters Club are exactly that.

And then there was Tumblr

Okay, do you know what Tumblr is? Dang it - me either! I was hoping you could explain it to me!

As far as I can tell, Tumblr is some sort of blog-hosting site. People write posts, and other people re-post and comment. That's about all I got on the workings of Tumblr. What I do know is that the people of Tumblr are some of the most outrageously hilarious people on the internet.  They're also some of the weirdest.  I read through Tumblr posts and laugh and laugh. On multiple occasions, I've laughed so hard I've cried -literal tears rolling down my cheeks. I have no idea if everyone (or anyone) finds these Tumblr exchanges as funny as I do, but I kind of don't care. When you find something that makes you bust out laughing, you don't let anyone take that away from you!

(In putting this together, I found that of course the funniest posts have language, and I already know what Mom's reaction would be, so this is like the second best batch...)

Pin It to Win It

Yo girl. You might have noticed I haven't posted in awhile. I apologize for my long absence from your blog. It's not because I don't love you, I promise. It's because my internet-ing habits have changed. While studying for the bar, I couldn't afford long breaks. I didn't read blogs or watch youtube videos. I didn't browse around, clicking from link to link. Instead, I'd give myself ten minutes to scroll through the humor section of pinterest. That was both mine and Julia's go-to this summer. It's continued since then, and now we send each other pins back and forth. Because I still want to include you in all the things, I'm choosing some of my very favorites (the ones that make me actually L-O-L) to share here.  And, don't worry, our Sister Share Board still exists.  That's where I pin everything that makes me think of you and Brooke. You'll have to scroll through that when you get the chance.

The Only Sibling Who Loves You

Hey, it's me. The only sibling who loves you. Obviously since I am the only one who ever puts anything on here. It's October which is exciting for a few reasons: 1) Fall 2) Halloween 3) You come home in 3 months! Currently I should be doing a stupid assignment for my stupid Psychology 101 class, but you know me, always putting my family first. Anyway, I have seen a few Youtube videos over the past few weeks that I couldn't decide if they were funny enough to put on your blog, but now I am just going to put them all into one post hoping that at least one is funny enough to make the whole post worth it.

I think this is old and you might have seen it, but it still made me laugh out loud when I saw it.

My Psych Stats teacher showed us this video and I thought it was hilar.  It's from The Onion so it's not a real story, it's important to keep that in mind.  Also Mom could not have participated in this video since she shops at Wal-Mart on the reg.


And here are my last ones. I am putting these on to save the post in case you didn't think any of the last ones were funny. This is from 30 Rock. Tracy Morgan's character, Tracy Jordan, has a wife named Angie and she starts her own reality show called "Queen of Jordan." And they have two episodes of 30 Rock that are shot as if they are episodes of Queen of Jordan so it has all the funny aspects of a reality show like personal interviews, scripted lines, and cameras trying to catch things on film that they shouldn't be filming. This six second clip from one of these episodes made me laugh so hard that I had to pause it.


And clearly someone else in the world thought this was as funny as I did, because I then found this video while looking for the original clip.
